Everything was good, so were amazing views of the mountains. The service was amazing, the room was immaculately clean. It was in a great and incredible location next to bars and restaurants. The area had a good choice of bars and restaurants. Nothing to complain about, loved my stay at this hotel and would use them next time.

Recommend it for solo travelers seeking comfort
The bed here, man, it was very nice, like lying on a cloud after driving for 11 hours. The cleanliness of the place, especially the bathroom, was amazing, was like I stepped into a pristine space right out of a magazine.
Not exactly cheap, but totally reasonable for what you get.

The room was comfortable.
I will never stay at your Hotel again. 1. They overcharged me and did not give me the price that I had booked. 2. They told me I could have a room without a view for 10. a day cheaper. I got the room but it was not cheaper. 3. I called about the overages and the reservations you had me down for were the wrong prices so I had to fax all my paperwork to you. 4. At first the person acted like I was absolutely wrong almost like I was not tell the truth. Noone every called me back I had to call them back. I had faxed everything to prove the overage so they credited me $70 but they never even seemed sorry for the mistake. They also said that if the person at the desk did not put it in notes the room was going to be cheaper they could not do anything. The bill started at 674.Which I should have been charged $590 which is what our relatives stayed for. We booked at the same time with the same place, same type room and ours was so much more. Our total is going to be 604. They had the daily rates all wrong. I am sorry but it was way to much trouble and I will not stay there again. I can stay at a hotel without the Hyatt name and get better service.

Great hotel with 24-hour reception, luggage storage, and a coffee shop. I remember my first stay when the staff helped me with early check-in. Always a pleasure to return for a new year!

The place was fairly clean and pleasant, had exceptional and pleasant staff that complete special request. The hotel had a great location close to most everything I wanted to do. Before bed I went to Ibiza for a nightcap, it's very close to the venue. The attached restaurant and pool bar were also available.

Hidden Fees- Internet is 15$, Parking is 13$ they charge for everything Hot Tub was freezing (around 70-75 degrees) when we called and requested they fixed it and call us back, no response, tried again the next day, same thing. The rate when I booked the room was $115, but they said it was booked at $139. This hotel is in serious need of an update. Staff seems extremely unhappy and snobby. Not friendly. I went to the lobby to get a pizza because they don't allow pizza men up to our rooms, and while we were doing the exchange in the lobby, there was no one else around but hotel staff who all looked at us like we were scum. Extremely unprofessional. Was going to stay at the Doubletree right next door but they don't have a hot tub, boy do I regret that decision

I really enjoyed the beautiful high room and the drinks at the bar . The heated outdoor pool and cozy sun terrace were perfect for relaxation. Just a heads up, the ice machine on my floor was out of order, but it didn't ruin my experience 😊
